Application For Ballot By Mail

The first day the County Clerk can accept Applications for Ballot by Mail for the April 13, 2010, Primary Run-Off Election is February 12, 2010, and the Application must be submitted by mail to the early voting clerk at:

P.O. Box 1151
Beaumont, Texas 77704

or by fax to the Elections Department at 409-839-2394.

If an application is submitted AFTER early voting has begun in person, this application MUST be submitted to the County Clerk from an address or by fax machine from outside the county. Early Voting begins April 5, 2010 and ends April 9, 2010.

The last day the County Clerk may accept Applications for Ballot by Mail is April 6, 2010.
